Why a reply held
The chips and banners you can see on a conversation, what each means, and what unblocks it.

| Opted out | The person said stop. Consent stops every reply. | Nothing. This one is permanent. |
| You have this one | You took the person over, or replied yourself. | Return them to DOMS from their page when you are ready. It is recorded, and DOMS starts from their next message, never from old work. |
| Paused: all automation off | The emergency stop is armed, or today's assistant limit is reached across DOMS. | It resumes on its own when the hold lifts, or sooner if the limit is raised. |
| A care alert is waiting for you | Real distress was read. Selling is off. | You, as a human. DOMS keeps replying kindly if you let it. |
| Held: price not ready | They asked about money and no live Offer could answer. | Make an Offer live, or pick one for this person. |
| DOMS held its last reply | The floor or a rule stopped the draft, and the banner names the reason. | Answer this one yourself, or fix what the reason names. |
| Silent by design | A fan, a friend, family, a peer, or spam. DOMS drafts nothing there. | Change your label on the person if the read is wrong. |
