Chats

The list

Tabs narrow the list by task: All, Needs you, Drafts, Waiting, Held, From content. From content shows conversations that started as a reply to one of your Stories or posts, and each row says so. Refresh chats checks for updates without losing a reply you are typing.

The thread

• Send AI draft and Dismiss on a waiting draft. Sending goes through the floor and the sending rules again.
• Write a reply… and Send to reply yourself. When a price is involved, Insert current Offer price puts the sealed amount in, never a typed one.
• Set who this person is: Prospect, Past member, Friend or family, Fan, Peer, Spam, Needs care, Flirting. Your label wins over DOMS's read, and choosing a class never changes whether the AI speaks.
• Let AI handle this person. Untick it and DOMS asks why you are taking over (Personal friend, Handling this myself, Not a prospect, Other), then stays off for this person.
• How did this conversation go? Poor, Not great, OK, Good, Perfect. Your own read; nothing is sent and nothing in the chat changes.
• Mark closed. Permanent, and it counts as a close you confirmed, never as one your AI closed on its own.
• Teach on eligible drafts and sent replies: write the change you want and choose its available scope. Manual replies, edited replies and lessons with an explicitly chosen reuse version require an example you approve.
• Why this reply? under every AI reply: the receipt.

Images, Stories, video and audio

Open an available image to see it clearly. A verified saved Story preview opens its matching item in Content. An expired image or an unknown Story stays labelled that way; DOMS cannot recreate media that Instagram did not provide.

Video lets you choose an eligible saved video, preview it and deliberately send it. A video is sent inside the conversation, never replaced with a public viewing link. A previous delivery and a new send are separate decisions.

Audio opens Record audio. Stop, listen, then choose Send recording or Discard. Recording does not send anything and your typed reply stays in place. Your browser must support the required audio format and microphone access. If it cannot record, the control explains that instead of making an unusable file.

If saving was interrupted, Finish saving checks the same recording. If a send result is unclear, Check send checks that same send rather than sending again. Private playback can expire while the delivery history remains. Incoming voice understanding is separate: Settings shows whether incoming voice processing is enabled, and Chats keeps an unreadable or held message visible for you.

The side panel

On a desktop the panel sits beside the thread (Show details); on a phone it opens as Prospect profile and Prospect memory. Every section is its own read, so one thing failing to load never blanks the rest.

Who they are

Your relationship label, DOMS's read, working status, any hold, where the conversation came from (the Story or post), message counts, first contact and the last message from them. Opted out and Care hold badges sit at the top.

Comments on your posts

Up to five recent observed comments that can be matched exactly to this known person on your current connected account. Comment on saved post or Reply on saved post opens its matching Content item when available. This is a captured snapshot, not a complete comment history or a claim that the DM started there. Comments do not enter the reply writer, make someone a prospect or permit a DM. Missing or withheld context is labelled rather than guessed.

Offer in play

The selected Offer and why it was selected: your pick for this person, the conversation's context or your default. Your pick outranks DOMS's own choice. This is not a decision to sell or send. DOMS still considers the current exchange, classification and protections before deciding whether to reply and what to do next.

Notes for DOMS

Your notes about this person. DOMS reads these notes when it replies to this person. They never set a price, link or promise. Tags are only for your filters and never reach the AI.

Memory

Collected answers (effective answers across conversations, with what was asked here but not answered yet), the conversation summary, and the latest recorded DOMS decision, which is history, not permission to send now.

Follow up and outcomes

Whether a nudge is waiting, and every purchase or booking claim with its state. A claim is what they said; confirmed is what your records or you confirmed. When a claim on this chat is undecided, or they say they bought or joined and DOMS took their word only to stop selling, confirm or deny it right here: Yes, they bought or No, it didn't happen. Your answer is final. While a reply DOMS wrote to them can still go out, on this chat or another of theirs, confirming would stop it from sending, so DOMS holds the confirm (and Mark closed) and saves nothing: send or dismiss a reply that is waiting for you, or wait for one already on its way to go out. No, it didn't happen is never held. A claim from another of their chats links to Decide on their page.

Booking a call

When the conversation's Offer books calls and the person asks for a call or accepts one, DOMS sends that Offer's saved booking link and they pick a time on your calendar. DOMS never proposes or confirms a time and never creates, moves or cancels an appointment. A message saying they booked is a claim until your calendar shows it or you confirm it on their page.
