What DOMS knows

The Brain

Your business, your voice, rules and discounts, your Offers at a glance, and how DOMS uses it all.

The Brain is everything DOMS knows that is not an Offer. Prices, terms and links stay in Offers on purpose. The page opens with your strongest next step, then five sections in the order that changes a reply most:

About your business
The four coaching answers from setup, your own words (what you call your program and your clients, how you sign off) and any fact you add. A price or a link typed here is refused with where it belongs. DOMS draws on the facts that fit each reply.
Your voice
Six preferences (Warmth, Directness, Energy, Length, Emoji, Punctuation), your measured baseline, and Hear it in your voice: one real reply written with your name, voice, facts and live Offer. Nothing is sent. See Your voice.
Rules and discounts
Rules fire on two triggers: when they ask about price, and when a saved objection answer matches. Every time one acts it shows in the conversation receipt. Discounts are created once, attached to any Offer, said only in your own sealed words, and only when one of your rules brings it up.
Your offers
Every live Offer with its chips (Default, Sells by chat, Books calls, Not ready), what blocks readiness, the newest version of each Offer that is not live yet, and Manage Resources. An Offer you archived in Offers does not appear here.
How DOMS uses it
Which of your Offer's FAQs and objection responses DOMS favours, from unchanged sent replies and recorded outcomes (your ratings can influence these preferences; they do not prove a reply caused a sale), plus the plain guides to what each part of DOMS does and where to manage it.

Built in for every coach

Every coach shares one core expertise for the three jobs DOMS does in a conversation: selling by chat, booking a call through DMs, and handing over a resource someone asked for by keyword. The Brain page shows what is built in under Built into DOMS, with a version number, and each reply's receipt names the guidance the writer was given. Your voice, Offers, scripts, rules and knowledge personalize that expertise; they never remove it, and it never chooses a price, a link or a next step on its own.

Under Rules and discounts, the protections card lists what holds on every account, in coach words. The safety floor underneath is built in and cannot be turned off. See Hard limits. A hand off rule answers a business ask, donation ask, member support ask, returning client price exception or your own words once, in your exact line with an address if you give one. The returning client condition needs both returning context and a direct request for an old or custom rate; normal current prices and eligible saved payment options stay on their usual path. In approval mode, the reply still needs your approval. Only after it is sent does the conversation become yours; it shows under Needs you when they write again.
