Poor to Perfect on any conversation. Your own read; nothing is sent. Ratings can help DOMS favour your approved FAQ and objection replies once enough verified outcomes exist. A rating is never a recorded sale.

Teach

Four doors into one Teach: an eligible AI reply, a reply you edited before sending (original, your edit and what went out shown side by side), your own manual reply, and a rating that offers Choose a reply to teach from. Write what DOMS should do differently and choose an available scope. Manual replies, edited replies and lessons with an explicitly chosen reuse version require an example you approve. Reuse also requires choosing an available current Offer version and describing when the lesson should help. The original source is retained; nothing transfers automatically. A preferred discovery question is optional and comes from the lesson's selected Offer version. Guidance saved is honest: use in a future reply is not confirmed until you see it.

Mark closed

A close you confirmed, recorded permanently. Only confirmed outcomes enter learning; a person's claim to have paid does not.

Replies to review

Brain shows whether automatic suggestions are enabled for your workspace. When enabled, an eligible new manual reply or a meaningful edit you sent can produce a proposed lesson. Not every reply needs one. Old history, private or protected conversations, and audio or other media are not automatically mined by this feature. Explicit Teach remains available for its supported sources.

Open Review to see the source conversation and the reply you actually sent. Edit the proposed instruction and example, then choose this conversation or an available current Offer version. Nothing is learned until you choose Approve lesson. Don't learn from this rejects the suggestion. Turning automatic suggestions off does not prevent you reviewing suggestions already saved.

If a decision's confirmation is interrupted, Check saved result checks that same decision. Your writing is retained in this tab. An approved lesson may help a suitable later reply; it does not rewrite a draft already waiting. Why this reply? shows guidance actually supplied. Review or archive the saved lesson in Brain to stop future reuse.

When there is nothing to review

An empty list means no saved suggestion is waiting; it does not mean every reply has been assessed or that learning has already improved a response. Automatic suggestions apply prospectively to eligible text replies sent through DOMS after the feature is enabled. An untouched AI draft, an unsent edit or imported history is not a new manual example. A perfectly reasonable reply may need no lesson.

To make a specific correction now, use Open Chats to teach in Brain, then choose Teach on an eligible reply. Read the source conversation, give an example and save the available scope. You do not need an automatic suggestion first. Do not send a customer message simply to produce a lesson.

Teaching an action is different from changing a fact

Use Match a situation when a correction should apply to one kind of conversation, such as someone asking about an Offer rather than another coach asking for business feedback. Choose the situation, then write Use this when and Do not use this when. The situation choice controls the broad match; your examples guide wording, not new permissions. When the current situation cannot be verified, DOMS withholds that matched lesson.

A reviewed lesson can prefer an existing optional discovery question. A supported timing lesson can keep an unrequested booking link out of a price only answer for an Offer that discusses price on a call. It cannot invent a link, remove a required question or block a booking link the person explicitly requested. Keep prices, packages, destinations and availability in the Offer's own controls, not in a taught example.

To narrow an eligible preference to the situation, choose it explicitly in the same Teach form. DOMS first decides what the normal rules allow, then checks the preference. A question already asked or answered is not asked again just because a lesson prefers it. Why this reply? distinguishes a changed prepared question or booking link choice from guidance supplied to the writer. Neither means a reply was sent.

Clear situation match keeps the lesson's existing conversation or Offer scope and any chosen preference, without the extra situation restriction. Review that scope before saving. Older lessons are not automatically given a match. Saving a match does not enable contextual interpretation, automatic suggestions or sending; existing workspace controls still apply.
