• Comment triggers. Replying to a comment with a private message, and "comment GUIDE" keyword flows. The Comment sample channel in the resource editor is marked unavailable for this reason.
• Appointment reminders. DOMS does not send them. Calendly's own invitations and notifications are separate. Booking from inside the chat. DOMS sends your booking link; it does not check availability, confirm a time or create, move or cancel an appointment. That is built and switched off; see Bookings. Direct GHL booking is not available.
• Complete comment history. Chats can show newly observed comments matched to a known person, separately from their DMs. It does not import every old comment or use public comments to start selling. Comment triggered resource delivery remains separate and is not built yet.
• Post shares, Story mentions and referral links as a conversation's origin.
• Other channels. Instagram DMs only. No email, no texts to prospects, no WhatsApp.
