Replying and safeguards

Send mode

Approval mode (your AI drafts, nothing goes out without you) or Auto send (your AI sends its own replies; you see each one on Overview and can take over anyone). Never gated by setup or by the automatic reply milestones shown beside it.

Emergency stop

Read only for you: Armed, Off or Unreadable. When it is armed, all automated processing is held on every account. This is not a setting you change; it is DOMS's own stop, and a held conversation says so in Chats.

Follow ups

How long before the first nudge (about 4, 8, 12 or 16 hours) and how many: No follow ups, One nudge then leave them be, Two nudges where the second waits three times as long and is the last word, or As needed inside the reply window. A reply, a booked call or a sale cancels what is waiting.

Who you work with

Everyone, Women only, or Men only. This is the limit for every Offer; an Offer can narrow it, never widen it. Unset means Everyone. Below it you choose what DOMS does for someone outside it: one polite line when it is sure, or no reply from DOMS at all, sure or likely. You still see every message.

Quiet hours

When the good news alert waits for morning (standard is 10pm to 7am). Once text alerts are on, someone in crisis reaches you at any hour. Quiet hours are about your phone, not about replies.

Assistant calls today and Assistant usage this month

How many assistant calls today against the platform limit, and what the assistant cost this month, day by day. The limits are set by DOMS, not on this page.

Sending limit

How many messages went out from your account in the last 24 hours, against the limit that keeps your account safe with Instagram. Sending resumes on its own as earlier sends roll off.

Coach alerts

Counts of the two alerts: duty of care and buyer confirmed. These are the only two that ever reach your phone. The line under them says whether text alerts are on, need your mobile, or are not switched on yet (then a crisis waits at the top of Needs you).

Pause DOMS

Pauses every automated reply for this whole account, and holds manual sends through DOMS too. Resume keeps your reply mode, limits and person protections; it never restarts old queued work and never overrides another stop.

Approval draft trial

A chip that appears only while DOMS is drafting for your account under a limited allowance. Expired or Held means new drafts wait; Active means drafting is on. Nothing here sends.

Calendar

Connection

Connect Calendly from Settings or Bookings. Connect opens Calendly's own screen; DOMS never asks for your Calendly password. Disconnect stops this connection without deleting appointments in Calendly. If setup reads as unavailable, refresh before assuming access is missing. Reconnecting changes the connection, so choose the event again in each Offer that pinned one.

Booking updates

Built and not switched on yet. When it is on, you choose which live Offer versions DOMS watches, Check bookings reads current appointments and Stop stops watching. Today, connecting Calendly starts an import of upcoming bookings and available history across appointment types; watch its progress in Bookings. Imported history is not automatically a DOMS generated call or sale.

HighLevel

HighLevel is not open to coaches yet. The booking link saved on your Offer works with any calendar.

Booking review

Part of booking updates, so not switched on yet. Today an imported appointment is linked to a person from Bookings with Link to a person; linking never counts it as a call DOMS booked.

Reviewed appointment creation

Built and switched off. Today DOMS books calls with your Offer's saved booking link only: it sends the link when the Offer books calls and the person asks for a call, and it never confirms a time. Keep working hours, buffers and call duration in Calendly. See Bookings.

Who replies come from

Your business name, your own name, How DOMS introduces itself (as your assistant, or as you), and the phone DOMS texts if someone needs you.

Currency

New price options in the Studio start in this currency; every amount your AI says is one you sealed.

Timezone

Used to schedule follow ups and coach alerts.

Offer links and Account

Offer links holds one saved address per link key across your account; saving it changes the destination for every Offer using that key, including live ones. Account has Sign out; your settings, people and conversations stay exactly as they are.
