Can DOMS read my private DMs?
It reads the DMs in your connected inbox — that's how it can reply to them. Your conversations stay inside your own private workspace. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your messages to train outside AI.
What if it says something wrong?
By default you see every reply before it sends, so you catch it first. You set the boundaries it works within, and you can take over any thread yourself at any time.
How is this different from ManyChat?
