03 · The hard limits

Enforced in code, not in a prompt

Will this get my account flagged? No. Here is why.

None of this is an instruction in a prompt. A prompt is a request a model can talk itself out of. These are switches it cannot reach, and your account is the one thing they exist to protect.

180Messages in any 24 hours, then it waitsInstagram's practical ceiling is around 200. It stops at 180, whatever is waiting, and the ceiling is enforced in two places. A busy week never costs you the account your business runs on.
0Invented pricesIt can only say an amount you sealed on your offer. Never one it inferred, rounded, or half remembered.
0Cold DMs, everIt only answers people who messaged you first. It cannot open a conversation with a stranger, and it cannot touch your posts, follows or likes.
1Follow up by default, never a chaseOne gentle nudge by default. You choose none, one, two, or as needed, and every nudge dies with Instagram's reply window. Nobody on your list gets hounded.

06 · Questions

Answered against the product, not the plan

The honest answers before you commit.

Will it sound like a bot?

It writes inside your own rhythm: how long your messages run, how often you ask a question, whether you use emoji. That baseline is measured from replies you actually sent, never from what DOMS itself wrote. Per Offer you set words to avoid and how you talk about it, and in any thread you can teach it a correction with an example.

Will this get my account flagged?

It connects through Instagram's own connection screen and never asks for your password, which is what gets accounts flagged. It only answers people who messaged you, never sends a first message to a stranger, never posts, likes or follows, and stops at 180 messages in any 24 hours whatever is waiting. That ceiling is enforced in two places.

Can it actually close a sale?

Yes. It asks your discovery questions one at a time, answers objections with your answers, states the price you sealed and sends the checkout link you saved. A recorded sale needs checkout evidence or your confirmation; a person saying they paid is a claim, not a receipt.

Can it book calls?

It sends your booking link and records a booked call from the person's own words after the link went out. Once you connect Calendly it reads your bookings too; it does not pick times for people and it does not send reminders. Reminders are a later step, and the product says so rather than pretending.

What if it says something wrong?

A wrong price or an unsaved link cannot get out: every reply is checked on the way out and a failure blocks the whole reply. A wrong fact is a Brain fix, and the receipt under every reply shows which of your knowledge it used. In approval mode nothing sends until you tap it.

How is this different from a keyword flow?

A flow sends a link and stops. DOMS keeps going: it answers the follow up questions, handles the "let me think about it", eases off after two hesitations, and closes, remembering what was already said. It also shows you why it said each thing.

What do I need to set it up?

The Instagram account you sell from, what you charge and the link to pay or book, the objection you hear most, and optionally a few replies you are proud of. Setup is eight short steps and the screen tells you how many minutes are left.

When can I get in?

DOMS is in a private beta with a small first cohort of coaches. Create your account and connect Instagram; setup tells you if a step cannot be completed yet. There is no self serve pricing page yet, on purpose.
